AIRBORNE ALL THE WAY Monday, November 17, 2008

You know, on the tenth of november we finally went to the National museum. It was rather fun, especially the History section; I listened to the companion's narration of Singapore's 1941-1945 years twice.
Brad Pitt was overrated - all he does is squirt a water gun at you. Although I guess that's a tiny bit funny.
What else was there? Not much, I think. Definitely nothing that piqued my interest.
Went to the foot doctor again today. Looks like I'll have to be going for an operation. At IMH, no less. I think that's just the polyclinic, though, the temporary Hougang one. Since they put it at Woodbridge I don't think a lot of people go there, so that's where the queue will be the smallest.
Wait till we go there and find out the doctors are in fact mental patients masquerading as doctors.
Went on a book buying spree two days ago, bought about three hundred bucks of novels, factual books and assessment books. Unfortunately for me most of it was spent on assessment books.
Had our flu jab three days ago, which explains why I'm having a flu now. Spent the last two days with my nose clogged up like a forgotten sewer drain.
Nothing else happened this week, I think. We're going cycling tomorrow. Whooppee. That is going to be such a relief for my toes.

I love the Second World War. I’ve never stayed up past twelve midnight. I’ve never been out of Asia. I’ve read at least a hundred books this year. I’ve got at least twenty books on WWII. I’ve written about an estimated total of fifteen stories this year (one of them being about eleven thousand words). I’ve got a lousy headache.
