AIRBORNE ALL THE WAY Friday, November 21, 2008

I went to IMH on Wednesday.
No, it wasn't to dump my brother there, although I think we should have, but it was to visit the polyclinic that had been set up there.
They told us to go to KK hospital. So we've gone from normal GP to polyclinic to podiatrist to polyclinic and now to hospital.
On Thursday we had another get together, my P6 friends and my juniors. (Juniors. I love that word. Makes me feel smarter.) We went to Game Haven, which actually hadn't opened yet, so I think we got in 'cause of LT's Dad. Went up to level 5 or summat where there was some private room.
Inside was a Wii, ten computers, and a couch. Whoopee. The guys immediately started hogging the Wii, playing guitar hero and singing in those horrible voices of theirs, while the rest of us used the computers and battled each other at Company of Heroes.
Really, Arunima should've played the tutorial first. As it turned out, she was on my side and had completely no idea what to do. Which was bad news for me because Jason and LT were on the opposing team.
I guess she did help me 'cause she sent a squad of Engineers to distract Jason's troops. But they all got killed anyway.
After about three hours in the room the juniors went off and we went to Arunima's house.
On the way there, in the car, I told them about the IMH visit and Arunima went brightly, "Oh, you did? You might see me there!"
Of course you can see the problem now, but it took us a few miliseconds before we burst out laughing.
Bloody hell, Aru! That was hilarious, but I think next time you'd be better off thinking about what you wanted to say before actually saying it.
DC was fun but of course the security guards had to spoil it. When we played it in HPPS we got caught by the teachers and the librarian. And now the security guards.
This one was a Italian looking rabbit man - as in buck teeth. First time he caught us, told us not to run, we said ok. That was the only time I was caught. Later I saw Rav and Deep in front of me, being scolded, so I just ducked into the stairwell conveniently beside me.
The third time was the stupidest. All of the gang 'cept me and Deep were caught by the rabbit man, and he made them promise that they wouldn't run. Then Deep, the catcher, comes along and they all bolt. Right in front of rabbit man.

On Friday we went to KK, where I got my great batman toes.
See, the doctor honestly wasn't a very good one. He kept insisting my toes should be wrapped and bandaged, but my mom kept saying that it wasn't bandaged only because we thought the doctor needed to see it. And now he wants to make me wear bandages around my entire toe (I should show you the pictures) for six weeks, and then they'll see if I need the operation.
Bloody hell.

On Saturday, today, we went to Novena. I saw this guy wearing a BoB shirt, like mine, just that his is light green and mine is black.
Light green? Honestly, this guy either bought it for fun and doesn't watch it properly, or has no sense at all.
To top of this lousy day, it's gonna rain and I've got one helluva headache.
Bloody hell.

~Today in History~
1943: U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and Chinese leader Chiang Kai-Shek meet in Cairo to discuss ways to defeat Japan. AKA the Cairo Confrence.

~Quote of the Day~
"No enemy bomber can reach the Ruhr. If one reaches the Ruhr, my name is not Goering. You may call me Meyer."
-Hermann Goering. And now, we will all know Goering as Meyer.
